The Movement of Left Knee during the Backswing
During the backswing, the left knee moves slightly to the inside or to the right.
If you try to keep your left knee still, you will have hard time shifting your weight to the back foot.
But I don't make conscious effort to move my left knee inward during the backswing. It just happens to move a little.
